Instructions
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
Blend and beat at medium speed 4 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 4
Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
Step 5
Bake 40-45 minutes at 350. Do not overbake.
Step 6
Remove from oven and cover top of cake with mints.
Step 7
Return to oven for 3 minutes only. Remove and spread chocolate. Cool and cut into squares.
