Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, olive oil, vinegar, dill, sweetener, celery seed, salt, and pepper until the dressing is fully combined.
Step 2
In a serving bowl, toss together the cucumbers, radishes, and onion. Drizzle the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss until well coated
Step 3
Refrigerate until ready to serve. This salad can get a little watery if it's left out at room temperature. If it does, drain the liquid and toss the mixture again.
