Instructions
Step 1
add everything except flour to water and stir to dissolve
Step 2
add slurry to flour into mixer
Step 3
Mix with dough hook until mixing bowl cleans off and on solid dough ball forms. (or kneed by hand)
Step 4
olive oil bowl, place dough ball in bowl and lightly olive oil dough surface. (spray works best)
Step 5
Let rise until dough doubles in size.
