Instructions
Step 1
To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Lower the heat and add in the other ingredients, stirring until combined. Remove from the heat.
Step 2
To serve, place the avocado slices on the toast slices. Place a poached egg on each piece of toast. Pour over the sauce, then top with feta and chilli flakes (if desired).
