Strawberry Ice Lollies
1 step
Prep:4h 15min
These lollies are perfect on a hot summer’s day. They are also great for kids as one lolly provides at least one of your 5 a day fruit and veg portions and they contain no additional sugar above what is within the fruit. Made with only fresh fruit and yoghurt, these lollies have a very low energy density and just one provides over 50% of the daily Vitamin C recommendations. Any other fresh or frozen fruit can be substituted for strawberries for greater variety or taste preference. Vegan yoghurt substitutes can also be used in place of the Greek yoghurt.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bananas into thin slices and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Remove the banana from the freezer. Place in a blender with the strawberries and yoghurt and blitz until you have a smooth silky mixture. Pour this mixture into lolly moulds and refreeze. We suggest six lollies but the mixture can be diluted with some water to increase this amount.
