Instructions
Step 1
Bake chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 74 deg C
Step 2
Shred chicken. This can be done in a stand mixer, with a hand mixer, or by hand.

Add egg and parmesan into the shredded chicken and mix until combined
Step 4
Grease 4 glass oven safe meal prep containers
Step 5
Divide chicken, egg and parmesan mixture into the 4 meal prep containers
Step 6
Place containers on a baking sheet and set oven to 400 degrees F
Step 7
Bake the crust until it reaches golden brown around the edges, roughly 10 minutes
Step 8
Add sauce and toppings to crust, adding cheese last
Step 9
Place the pizzas back into the oven for 10 more minutes until cheese is melted
Step 10
Let cool slightly before transferring into fridge.
Step 11
Eat within 4 days, reheat with air fryer or microwave
