Instructions
Step 1
Mix the eggs, vanilla extract, vinegar, oil, milk and sugar in a bowl.
Step 2
Sift the cocoa powder and flour into the mixture then add the baking powder, baking soda and salt too. Whisk everything together.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a 8×8 inch tray lined with parchment paper and bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes on 180°C.
Step 4
Optional step: once the cake is done and have cooled down to room temperature you can put cake coating chocolate on it.
