Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 tbsp oil to 12" ovenproof skillet.
Step 2
Add turkey & season with salt & pepper, garlic & spice.
Step 3
Cook 4-ish minutes on med heat until browned & move to plate.
Step 4
Add carrots, celery, diced onion & 1 tbsp oil to skillet.
Step 5
Cook & stir over med heat until softened, 7-ish minutes.
Step 6
Add butter to veggies and stir until melted.
Step 7
Stir in flour & cook for 1 minute.
Step 8
Pour in 1 1/2 cups water & stock concentrate.
Step 9
Bring to a boil & cook until thickened. Turn off heat.
Step 10
Stir in cream cheese and turkey.
Step 11
Open biscuits and peel apart each biscuit to create two thin ones.
Step 12
Evenly top turkey filling with biscuits.
Step 13
Bake 15-ish minutes until biscuits are golden & turkey is cooked.
Step 14
Let pot pie cool 5 minutes before serving.
