Instructions
Step 1
Add liquids to empty tub, mix with cream cheese using an immersion blender on high.
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl, drizzle into liquid with immersion blender running on medium to low.
Step 3
Freeze 24h (close lid after 4h), then process on SORBET as usual, after 5-10 min defrosting at room temperature.
Step 4
Depending on consistency, RE-SPIN or MIX-IN with a Tbsp of cream added.
