Instructions
Step 1
Cook Pasta according to the instructions, while this is cooking, season turkey mince with spices. Add oil and Garlic to the pan and cook until you can just smell the Garlic. Add the turkey mince to the pan and cook until cooked through.
Step 2
While pasta and turkey are cooking, chop pickles and spinach and anything extra you want to add, sometimes I add peppers or mushrooms to bulk up without adding significant calories. If you’re adding extra vegetables add it to the mince now and cook for a few minutes.
Step 3
Once pasta and mince are cooked, add the pasta, half the spinach and pickles to the meat and mix through. Once everything is mixed make the sauce.
Step 4
To make the Big Mac sauce, add all the ingredients to a mason jar and give everything a big mix, making it in the jar saves on space and washing up, it can be stored for up to a week in the fridge.
Step 5
Once sauce is made, add half of it to the pasta & meat pan and mix through. Once done add the rest of the spinach to a bowl and add the pasta, add extra sauce if needed and top with cheddar.
Step 6
If meal prepping, add spinach to a large Tupperware and add the pasta, give this a mix and store in the fridge, with the sauce mixture. Each day add extra sauce and cheese when serving.
