Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil and cook one pack vermicelli noodles until soft for 5-8 minutes. Sauté one cup frozen shrimp over medium heat for 12-15 minutes until soft. Once noodles are cooked, strain and let cool.
Step 2
In large bowl, add one cup of pre-shredded or chopped cabbage and vermicelli noodles. Mix in cooker shrimp and mix throughly.
Step 3
In a separate, smaller bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut aminos, and sweet chili sauce until uniform throughout. Drizzle over mixture and add chopped green onions to taste. Enjoy!
