1 x 10.5 ozcan cream of chicken soup
½ cupsour cream
½ cupmayonnaise
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1 tsplemon juice

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until just tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.

Assemble the Casserole

Layer the cooked chicken and blanched broccoli evenly in the prepared baking dish. Pour the creamy sauce over the top, spreading it out to cover the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.

Prepare the Topping

In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter until evenly coated. If desired, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
