Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients except nuts and apples. Mix well to distribute spices. In another bowl mix wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix. Fold in apples. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. Bake for 3 minutes.
