Apple pie base
90goats
10gcoconut oil
or nut butter
2eggs
18gprotein powder
20gcoconut flour
½ tspbaking soda
50gsoy yoghurt
35gapple puree
or banana
70mlalmond milk
vanilla essence
1 Tbsperythritol

Instructions
The base
Step 1
Break the eggs and separate them the whites and yolks into 2 bowls (vegan version skip this or create a flex egg -> 1tbsp ground flaxseeds and 3tbsp water (chilled 15mins in fridge)
Step 2
Combine the ingredients for the base in a bowl with yolks -> whip the whites into snow and slowly add to the base
Step 3
Place half of the base into the tray with parchment paper
Step 4
Preheat the oven on 200 degrees
Apple middle layer
Step 5
Clean and cut your apples into thin slices
Step 6
Stir them on a pan with the ingredients listed until they get golden brown
Step 7
Add them on top of the first part of your base and cover with the second half
Step 8
Bake on 190 degrees for 25-30mins
