Graham’s brownies

Recipe that my Dad uses to make brownies. He usually uses 400gms of dark chocolate. But I’d use a mix of milk, white and dark chocolates depending on how intense I want the chocolate to be.

Instructions

Step 1
Melt choc and fat in microwave, gently stir in until all melted
Step 2
Stir in sugar
Step 3
Add Vanilla
Step 4
Whisk in eggs in another bowl and then mic an whisk again
Step 5
Mix flour and BP and fold in
Step 6
Lined 11x7 inch tin, 155 degrees in fan oven for 30 mins
