Instructions

Step 1
Combine all seasonings in a bowl and stir together

Cut chicken into 1.5-2in pieces
Step 3
Add chicken to mix and stir to cover everything. Let sit for 2 hours, to overnight in the fridge

When ready, soak wooden skewers in water for 30-45 minutes
Step 5
Heat grill to 550
Step 6
Add chicken to skewers
Step 7
Grill chicken for 12-15 minutes turning occasionally until 165 degrees if thighs, 155 if breasts
