Air Fryer Honey Lime 🍋🟩 Chicken Bites // Chipotle who?! Love these chicken bites for a quick & easy dinner or meal prep for the week! The size makes it kid-friendly and easy to add to salads, wraps, or bowls and the flavor is 🔥. I added these to a bowl of cilantro lime rice (just rice, fresh lime juice, & cilantro) with pico de gallo and guac (of course).
2 lb boneless organic chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
In a bowl, combine the lime juice, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt chili powder and paprika. Add chicken and mix to coat. Allow to marinade for at least 15 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the chicken pieces in the basket in a single layer. Air fry at 380 degrees for 10 minutes.
