Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat and add onions. Drain grease. Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.
Step 2
2. Break spaghetti into quarters, cook, rinse, drain. Add to meat sauce.
Step 3
3. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and salt and stir. Add milk and water and heat over medium heat until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Add 1/2 cup cheese and Parmesan and stir until melted.
Step 4
Spread half of spaghetti mix in bottom of 10 x 6 x 2 pan. Top with all of cheese sauce. Spread rest of mix on top. Top with rest of shredded cheese.
Step 5
5. Bake 15-20 minutes.
