Chinese BBQ pork recipe - Char Siu
Easy BBQ Pork Recipe
This recipe is so simple, you can marinate a batch and use it up during the week. I like keeping this ready for my family to eat with rice and eggs or just to add into instant noodles. The NOH seasoning can be found at most local markets in the Asian food aisle.

¼ cupChar Siu bbq sauce
6 Tbspoyster sauce
1 Tbspgarlic powder
½ tspblack pepper
3 Tbsphoney
for glaze
Instructions
Step 1
Add pork, BBQ seasoning, oyster sauce, char siu sauce, garlic powder and black pepper to a bowl and mix to combine. Place in refrigerator and marinate for 4-6 hrs or overnight for best results.
Step 2
Before cooking, brush on honey. Cook in air fryer or oven. I used my air fryer, cooked it for 18-20 minutes on each side at 350 degrees. Cooking time varies depending on your air fryer. If using the oven, cook at 375 degrees for about 20 -25 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked.
