1 cupoil

1 ½ cupssugar

2 cupszucchini
grated

2 teaspoonvanilla

3 cupsflour

1 teaspoonbaking soda

¼ teaspoonbaking powder

½ cupnuts
usually walnut

3 teaspooncinnamon
Preheat Oven to 325°
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs until light and fluffy.

Step 2
Add oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix lightly but well.

Step 3
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix together.

Step 5
Add nuts and fold in.
Bake for 1 hour.
Step 6
Remove from pan promptly.
