Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Line a baking sheet or pizza tray with parchment paper and set aside

In a mixing bowl, add the flour and the yogurt and mix until well combined. Season with salt and Italian seasoning

Lightly flour a kitchen surface and mold mixture into a smooth ball. Place ball onto flour and roll out flat

Transfer dough onto lined sheet or tray

In a small bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients until smooth

Spread sauce over pizza crust
Step 8
Add half the shredded cheese, followed by the pepperoni, then the remaining cheese
Step 9
Bake pizza for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese has melted and the crust is golden
Step 10
Cut pizza in 8 slices
