½ lb. Ground turkey 3 T. breadcrumbs )

Pour boiling water over 4 green or other color peppers. Cover in bowl or pot so peppers can steam. Drain and stuff with meat mixture. Dice one onion, sauté. Add paprika, can of tomato paste, can of tomato sauce and can of water. Simmer covered for 5 minutes. Put peppers in sauce and cover. Cook on small flame for 1 to 2 hours or until peppers are soft when you stick a fork in them.
