Baked Chicken Drumsticks With Vegetables
These oven baked drumsticks are so delicious perfect for a busy, they take 15 min to prep and into the oven they go. My family loves them with bread, you can serve them with a side of white rice or salad and you’ll have the most delicious and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

1bell pepper
any color will do

3 clovesgarlic
¼ cupcilantro
1 cupcherry tomatoes
hot green peppers
long, optional
1juice of lemon
3 tablespoonspepper paste
¼ cupolive oil
1 tablespoonchicken bouillon
1 tablespoonchicken seasoning
1 tablespoonseasoned salt
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoonpaprika
½ teaspooncayenne pepper
½ cupwater
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients for the marinade, the olive oil, lemon juice, pepper paste, all the seasonings, water and give it a good mix.
Step 3
3. To the marinade add the chicken, potatoes, onions, bell pepper, hot pepper, cilantro and garlic. Toss everything together really well. Transfer to a baking dish. Scatter the cherry tomatoes on top and bake.
Step 4
4. Bake uncovered at 375° for 1 hour and 20.
Step 5
5. Serve with rice, bread or a side salad and enjoy!
