Lemon garlic chicken and potatoes

This mouth watering one pan lemon garlic chicken and potatoes is a must make. It’s lemony garlicky and oh so delicious. Serve it with white rice or with bread it’s the best, it’s finger licking good.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Clean the chicken then pat it dry, wash and cut the potatoes, onion and dice the garlic really small.
Step 2
2. Make the marinade by mixing together all the ingredients olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, oregano and salt.

3. Put the chicken, garlic, onion, potatoes in a large bowl, pour the marinade over and mix really well. Cover and let it marinate for a couple of hours or overnight.
Step 4
4. Preheat the oven to 400°. Put the marinaded chicken and all the juices in a oven safe casserole dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour to an hour and 15 minutes.
Step 5
5. Once done garnish with lemon slices, parsley and enjoy with rice or with bread.
