Instructions
Step 1
Drain, rinse, and dry your chickpeas
Step 2
Add to a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients minus the chocolate chips and pulse until smooth
Step 3
Add chocolate chips and fold them into the dough
Step 4
Scoop them into a cookie sheet and let them set in the fridge for 15 minutes; pop in the freezer for 5 and enjoy
Step 5
Store in airtight container up to a week.
