Instructions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl, add your chicken cubes along with 1 tbsp suya, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne and salt. Keep some of the suya for later.
Step 3
Mix everything together and lay in a single row in your air fryer.
Step 4
Air fry for 12 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway.
Step 5
Melt your butter and add the remaining suya mix. Mix everything together.
Step 6
Once chicken is cooked, immediately remove it from the air fryer and place into a large bowl. Pour your butter/suya mixture over and toss the chicken bites.
Step 7
Let them slightly cool, then just serve and enjoy!
