Ingredients
10 servings

4cans white chunk chicken breast in water

6 stalkscelery
diced

1granny Smith apple
diced whole

1white onion
whole, chopped

15sweet pickles
whole, diced

½ cupsweet pickle juice

1 ½ cupsmayonaise

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste
Deli sliced sourdough sandwich bread
toasted, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all prepared ingredients in a large bowl with a lid and fold over and stir until fully mixed.
Step 2
Refrigerate for atleast two hours before serving.
Step 3
Serve on your favorite toasted sandwich bread or lettuce wrap works well too. My favorite is sourdough.
