Step 1
Whisk yogurt oil and egg together in a large bowl ( save a tablespoon of the beaten egg to brush the tops of the bread )

Whisk flour salt and baking powder together then sift half into the dry ingredients . Stir to combine then sift the rest and mix it thoroughly with your hands until it forms a dough ( if you like it a bit in the saltier side add a little more salt )
white flour2 ½ cups
Step 3
Grate half of the cheese on top of the dough and add the jalapeños and coriander then mix together . Divide into 8 pieces and shape into bread rolls . Place on a baking sheet slice down the middle add the remaining cheese and brush with the egg wash . Bake at 180 c 360 f for 30 minutes or until golden . Serve warm and enjoy
