Step 1
Make sure your butter is room temperature and beat it with the eggs until incorporated. Add the cheese and keep mixing.
Step 2
Dissolve the salt in the milk and once melted add it to the same bowl with everything else. Now add the flour and knead until everything is well incorporated.
Step 3
Make horseshoe shapes and place them on parchment paper. Bake at 220C for 20 minutes, until golden brown on the outside and still chewy in the middle. Enjoy!
