Instructions
Step 1
Rub the chicken thighs with some olive oil and season with salt, Herbamare, pepper and garlic powder.
Step 2
Mix the passata, tomato paste, chicken soup powder, soy sauce, brown sugar and a little olive oil in a bowl until smooth.
Step 3
Coat chicken in sauce, spooning some beneath the skin.
Step 4
Leave at room temperature to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Bake at 220c for 35-45 minutes, switching to grill setting for the last 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the skins are crispy.
