Instructions

Step 1
Saute veggies in butter in the instant pot (or a Dutch oven), add chicken, leftovers if using, seasoning, noodles, and broth. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes and natural release (or simmer 20 minutes). Add condensed soup & spinach, heat a few more minutes then serve with shredded cheese.
