Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer until peppers are very soft.
Step 2
Pour in small batches into a blender (careful because hot liquid will burn you!), and puree until smooth.
Step 3
Pour into pint jars and process in canner 10 minutes.
