Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Step 2
Chop squash into bite sized pieces. Halve or quarter sprouts depending on size. Roughly dice onion.
Step 3
Combine all veggie ingredients on a sheet pan and season as desired. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and toss with mustard and maple syrup.
Step 5
Add chicken on top of veggies. Bake for another 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 6
Dish into serving bowls and add toppings.
