Instructions

Rice

Step 1
Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.

Prawns

Step 2
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan. Set the heat to medium-high and add the garlic. Sauté for approx. 1 min.
Step 4
Add the prawns and fry again for approx. 2 mins. Then season with salt and pepper and remove the prawns from the pan.

Fried rice

Step 5
Slice the carrot and spring onion, dice the bell pepper.
Step 6
Cut the pineapple in half and scoop out the flesh.
Step 7
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan. Turn the heat to medium-high and add the carrot, bell pepper and spring onion. Sauté for approx. 3 mins.
Step 8
Add the peas and spices and fry for another 1 min.
Step 9
Now stir in the rice.
Step 10
Finally, add the pineapple, prawns and sauces and fry again for 2 minutes.
Step 11
Stuff the fried rice into the pineapple and serve with the cashews and some spring onions.
