Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375*
Step 2
Prepare Pumpkin by slicing off the top and cleaning out the seeds inside. Keep the top and bottom. Set aside.
Step 3
Saute the Sausage over medium high heat until brown and drain.
Step 4
Heat Broth to boiling and combine with the stuffing mix. If your Stuffing Mix requires more or less water, use that as a guide for how much broth to put.
Step 5
Add in Sausage, Apples, Cranberries, and Pine Nuts.
Step 6
Stuff prepared Pumpkin with the mixture. Top with pumpkin lid.
Step 7
Place Stuffed Pumpkin on silicone mat or parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake on center rack in 375* oven for 45-60 minutes.
Step 8
When you can pierce the side of the pumpkin easily with a fork, it is done.
