Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice, then let I cool down.
Step 2
Heat up 1/2 of rice vinegar with 1/2 of sugar and 1/4 of salt. Mix the liquid for 15 minutes in medium heat.

Mix it with the rice. Put the rice on a a mold a Put it on the freezer for an hour.
Step 4
Take the rice of the freezer, then cut into cubes or any form you want just to make it easy for the next step.
Step 5
Fry the rice it doesn't have to stay in perfect shape, as you can see in the picture.
Step 6
Let it fry till it becomes golden brown, then put it on a plate.
Step 7
After that, take your salmon. Cut it. Put some Sriracha and mayonnaise sauce and mix them.
Step 8
Add your salmon and now ready to have a really tasty meal.
