Instructions

Cordon bleu

Step 1
Cut the chicken in half without cutting it fully through.
Step 2
Pound the meat thin.
Step 3
Place it on a large piece of plastic wrap. Top one half of the chicken breast with the cheese and ham.
Step 4
Now roll up the meat from the coated side. Try to roll it as tightly as possible. Finally, swirl the ends several times so that a meat roll is formed.
Step 5
Place the meat in the freezer for about 30min.
Step 6
To one plate add the flour and seasoning. Mix until well combined. To another one add the egg and whisk. To the last one add the panko.
Step 7
First coat the chicken with flour. Then dip it in the egg and finally in the panko. Make sure it's covered completely.
Step 8
Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on high. Add the chicken roll and fry for 4-5min until crispy and golden brown on all sides.

Wrap

Step 9
Slice the tomato.
Step 10
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with tartare sauce.
Step 11
Top it with the salad, tomato slices and cordon bleu.
Step 12
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 13
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
