Instructions

Step 1
Combine milk, cream, water, and lemon juice. Let stand for 5 minutes. (Or use 2 cups buttermilk)

Preheat griddle to 350˚
Step 3
Combine all dry ingredients, except flour
cream of wheatcream of wheat⅔ cup
white sugarwhite sugar⅔ cup
baking powderbaking powder1 tsp
baking sodabaking soda1 tsp
saltsalt1 tsp
Step 4
Add in wet ingredients (including milk mixture from before). Mix until combined.

Step 5
Add in flour until you reach a desired consistency (typically between 2-2.5 cups)
Step 6
Cook on griddle at 350˚
