Sticky chicken drumsticks

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C Toss the corn in the butter with a pinch salt
Step 2
Mix glaze ingredients in a medium bowl
Step 3
Dunk the drumsticks in the glaze one by one the place on baking tray lined with foil, then baking paper.
Step 4
Spoon 1/3 of the remaining glaze onto the drumsticks coating the meaty end. Bake for 25 mins
Step 5
Remove the tray from oven turn the drumsticks over and spoon with half remaining sauce.
Step 6
Bake for 10 mins then add corn cobs to the tray standing up on flat cut ends on the cobs. Spoon remaining sauce over drumsticks
Step 7
Bake for further 25 mins basting twice more with juices from the tray until chicken in glazed and sticky
Step 8
Remove tray from oven and stand for 5 mins before serving drumsticks and serving corn on side with extra butter and parsely
