Instructions

Step 1
Fry the chopped onion and seasoned chicken in a skillet until the chicken is almost done. Use a bit more oil than usual (later for the rice). Add paprika at the end to not burn it.
Step 2
Meanwhile make the broth according to instructions. The volume of water should be 2-3x the volume of rice.
Step 3
As the meat is almost done, add carrots and then rice on a small heat just to coat the rice in the oil.
Step 4
Transfer everything into a baking tray and add the broth, cover with aluminium foil and bake for approx. 20 minutes at 220 °C.
Step 5
Add cheese while serving.
