BBQ Mac n' Philly Cheese Steak
The smoky flavours of BBQ steak combine with macaroni cheese in the same pot

Instructions
Step 1
Cook macaroni pasta Al dente and drain
Step 2
While pasta cooks, sprinkle seasoning on the steak and cook 2min each side in large frying pan. Remove from pan and leave to rest before slicing
Step 3
Sauté the onion peppers, in same pan add the stock, vinegar and tomatoes, bring to boil and reduce down slightly
Step 4
Add the bbq sauce, stir in cream cheese and sliced steak
Step 5
Stir in the macaroni and lastly the grated cheese
Step 6
Place in a large baking dish in the Oven at 180°c for approx 20 minutes until bubbling
Step 7
Serve with rocket salad and cherry tomatoes or a chunk of crusty garlic bread
