Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil jumbo shells until al dente.

4. Cook spinach for about 1 minute, set aside off heat.

5. In a large bowl, add half of the shrimp, ricotta

6. Strain water from pasta shells, and then stuff each

with cheese mixture. Add one shrimp to each shell.
