Coffee biscotti

Back with another biscotti recipe! This time with a ☕️twist! Give them a shot and let me know what you think. Recipe ⬇️ INGREDIENTS ¼ cup oil (any variety) ½ cup sugar 1 tbsp instant coffee or espresso powder dissolved in 1 tbsp water 1 egg ¼ cup oats 1 cup all purpose flour ½ tp baking powder 1/9th tsp salt ¾ cup chopped almonds or any nuts INSTRUCTIONS 1. Add oil, sugar, coffee and egg in bowl mix well. 2.  Add oats, flour, baking powder, salt and nuts and mix until well combined. Form into a log on parchment paper.  3. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.  Let cool for 5 minutes then slice into ½” thick cookies and lay on side. 4. Reduce heat to 325 F and bake another 30 minutes or just until crisp. Let cool and enjoy! . . .
