1. In a bowl, break 2 eggs

5. Add 60g Melted butter

7. Add 4 Tbsp Expresso coffee

9. Sift 250g all-purpose flour ( 1+½ cups+1 tbsp )

10. Add 50g Cocoa Powder ( ½ cup )

11. Add 1 Tsp baking powder

12. Add ½ Cup Walnuts

14. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll it into a long log and sprinkle flour on the bottom

You can do it in two logs if you want the cantuccini to be smaller

15. Transfer the logs to the baking sheet

16. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C - 356 °F for 30 minutes

17. Use a knife to cut the logs into slices

18. Place the slices back on the baking sheet

19. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C - 320 °F for 10-15 minutes

20. Dip half of the biscuit in chocolate and garnish with pistachios or almonds
