Step 1
Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth.
Step 2
Cook sausage in large sauce pan until thoroughly cooked and browned. Then drain excess fat.
Step 3
Pour cottage cheese in sauce pan with drained sausage, along with chicken bullion, onion powder, and freshly ground pepper. Stir until everything is well combined. Then serve over low carb waffles, bread, or biscuits.
