100mlheavy cream
0.5 packagecream stiffener
2 Tbsppowdered sugar
1 ½ Tbsppistachio cream
200ggreek yoghurt

Instructions
Pistachio cream
Step 1
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until almost completely stiff. It should still be a little creamy.
Step 2
Then add the greek yoghurt, powdered sugar and pistachio cream and mix briefly. Chill the cream in the meantime.

Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Then break the kadaif into it. Fry for approx. 3-5 mins, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
Step 4
Place the cadaif in a large bowl with the pistachio cream and tahini and mix well.
Step 5
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt.
Step 6
Pour 1/4 of the cadaif into a glass. Then pour 1/4 of the cream over it. Repeat once more.
Step 7
Spread half of the milk chocolate on top of the cream.
Step 8
Drizzle half of the white chocolate over the top in a dot shape and then create a swirl pattern with a toothpick.
Step 9
Repeat steps 6-8 for the other dessert glass.
Step 10
Chill the desserts for about 10 minutes until the chocolate has set.
