Pistachio Butter:

Instructions
Pistachio Butter:
Step 1
Place pistachios in food processor and mix untill fully blended and thick
Step 2
Then add in the rest of the ingredients and blend till creamy

If its too thick add more oil to your liking if you like it less creamy put less oil
Kataifi Mix:

Melt the butter

Add in the kataifi and mix till golden brown
Making the Chocolates:

Melt The chocolate you will be using

Place in the molds and put in the fridge to harden for about 5 minutes

Mix the kataifi mix and pistachio butter together make sure its cooled first then place in the chocolate molds

Once the kataifi mix is placed in add a thick layer of chocolate to cover the mixture

Put them back in the fridge and leave there till you are ready to demold
