Instructions
For eggs
Step 1
1. Blend eggs and milk
2. Pour onto 10x15" parchment lined pan
3. Bake at 350°F for 13-15mins
4. Remove from pan and cut into 0.5x4" slices


For the rest
Step 2
1. If you have sausages and not just loose sausage meat, then renove the casings by slitting it length wise. Fry the sausage meat in a pan and remove get rid of the grease once cooked (not in the sink) 2. Lay out the tortillas and put around 1 tsp of mayo in the middle of each one, spreading it a bit. 3. Put some sausage meat on each burrito until they're all pretty even. 4. Put a couple thin egg slices on each burrito, usually around 3 slices. 5. Put around 32g of cheese on each burrito, followed by a line of chipotle mayo. 6. Roll em and enjoy em! I microwave them for 44 seconds from not frozen.
