Instructions

Eggs

Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the basil.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the salt, pepper and basil. Whisk well.
Step 3
Heat the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the cherry tomatoes and oregano. Fry for 2min.
Step 4
Add the eggs and fry for another minute.

Burrito

Step 5
Slice the mozzarella.
Step 6
Spread the front center of the wrap with the basil mayonnaise.
Step 7
Top it with arugula, salami and mozzarella.
Step 8
Drizzle on the balsamic cream.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 10
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
