2cherry tomatoes
⅛ tspsalt
⅛ tsppepper
½ tspparsley
¼ tspchilli flakes
½ Tbsplemon juice
½ Tbspolive oil

Instructions
Guacamole
Step 1
Cut the avocado in half and place one half in a plate and mash with a fork
Step 2
Cut the tomato into small pieces. Mix everything with the avocado
Step 3
Add the salt, pepper, parsley, chili flakes, olive oil and lemon juice and mix until everything is well combined
Sandwich
Step 4
Cut off the edges of the toast and flatten it with a rolling pin
Step 5
Spread one toast slice with the garlic butter leaving a 0,5 margin. Place the cheese and turkey ham slices on top. Finish with the guacamole.
Step 6
Place the other slice on top and press the 2 slices together with a fork
Step 7
Whisk the egg and milk in a flat plate.
Step 8
Crush the tortilla chips by hand or with a rolling pin and add to a flat plate.
Step 9
Soak the toast in the egg mixture and then in the tortilla chips
Step 10
In a pan heat up the oil. Fry the toast on medium high for 1,5min each side
